Does not seem to work.

I have followed the instructions to use this table generator on https://webforward.github.io/shopify-tables/, but it does not work. Also stage 2 where it mentions {% render 'specification-table' %} is not clear on what to do exactly.

Can not get a table to render in the metafield, it remains blank after populating the metafield box with the table generated on the table generator.

Instructions might be out of date or code might need amending to work?

You are supposed to add a metafield of json type, you can't add a table in metafields, hence this tool which let you build a table and then convert it into a readable json object, which you may use with javascript for instance.

It is working perfectly! Thanks to the maker, I really made a custom dynamic table in Shopify directly with metafields!!
I will share a tutorial video later on this thread.
