fix: timeout GitHub stats on landing page - #2527

The stats request had no timeout, and a failed lookup was not cached, so every anonymous visit waited on api.github.com. Use a 5 second timeout and keep the fallback stats for an hour. Fixes wger-project#2517 Co-authored-by: whoalin1 <whoalin1@users.noreply.github.com>
