Step 2a (Linting) failed. Every package's eslint task aborted with:

Error: typescript-eslint does not support TS 7.0.

TypeScript 7.0 (the native/Go "tsgo" port) is not yet supported by typescript-eslint (@typescript-eslint/parser / typescript-eslint 8.65.0), so ESLint cannot parse any TypeScript file while typescript@7.0.2 is installed.

What was tried

This is an upstream compatibility gap, not something resolvable by migrating our source code — typescript-eslint explicitly rejects TS 7.0 at parse time. Per the workflow's rabbit-hole guidance, typescript was reverted to 6.0.3 in all 15 package.json files (root, all publishable packages, and all sample apps). The remaining dependency updates were kept.

Re-evaluate once typescript-eslint ships support for TypeScript 7.0.
