Select tokens from the map and fly to them from the sidebar - #181

A tap on a map token now selects it AND opens its hex in the Information panel (previously only the token id was set, so nothing visible changed). Clicking a token row in Build → Tokens (or Information → Tokens here) pans and zooms the map to it through a `ui.focusRequest` the engine consumes. The DM's Information panel shows full token rows (crest, posting note, route status, Route/Halt/Send) with the selected token first and highlighted.
