Adds official xgr-network/xgr-mcp source repository and MCP documentation website to the MCP server manifest, bumping the registry metadata version to 0.1.2 to allow re-publication. The tools, runtime endpoint, scopes, keys, and source code are unchanged. Aimed at independent MCP registries that currently mark source provenance as missing. Existing purpose-specific descriptions remain accurate; no XITA transfers advertised as MCP features.
